In short: this website has no forms, requires no sign-up and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. I only receive the information you choose to send me on WhatsApp or by email, and I use it to reply to you.
Who is responsible for your data
Mussa Digital, a business run by Iara Mussa (Argentina). Contact: mussadigital.co@gmail.com.
What data I receive and why
- If you message me on WhatsApp or by email: your name, your phone number or email address, and whatever you tell me in your message. I use it only to reply, prepare a quote and, if we work together, do the work and invoice it.
- Technical visit data: like any website, the hosting service (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. I don't use that data to identify you or build profiles.
I don't sell, rent or share your data with anyone.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and no analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores in your browser whether you chose light or dark mode (local storage), and that never leaves your device. Cloudflare may use a technical security cookie to tell people apart from bots, which is needed for the site to run securely.
Third-party services
If you tap a WhatsApp button, you go to WhatsApp (Meta), which handles your data under its own policy. The same applies to email (Gmail, by Google). The website is hosted on Cloudflare.
How long I keep your data
I keep conversations for as long as the inquiry or the project lasts, and afterwards only what the law requires (for example, for invoicing). If we don't end up working together and you ask me to, I delete the conversation.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to tell you what data I hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to mussadigital.co@gmail.com. This website is run from Argentina and follows Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the authority that handles complaints under that law. If you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local law.
Changes
If anything changes (for example, if I add a form or visitor statistics), I'll update this page first and change the date above.
